Restaurant
The Restaurant can serve up to 75 covers and is open to the
public for lunch daily. It can also host special events such as
banquets and cocktail receptions.
With a seating capacity of 60 in classroom style with public
address system and overhead projector is available for rental
with optional tea / coffee breaks, cocktail lunch or dinner.
Atrium
This open and friendly space is a place to relax in between
lectures. It can also be used for cocktail receptions and forums.
Language Laboratory
French and English mediums of instruction are vital in the
tourism industry. Italian and German courses are also offered.
Documentation and Information Centre
Equiped with up to date research resources such as Books and Magazines all related to the Hotel Industry.
Also provides Internet, printing and photocopy facility to students
Information Technology Room
Equipped with a network of 13 terminals with internet access
for research work.
